M-Series Line of Production Equipment

The M-Series is designed for production filling rates up to 200 cylinders per hour. The M-Series plants are quickly assembled and are low cost compared to the high costs of building construction. All M-Series modules are available for Class 1 Division 1 ratings in any voltage requirements. The M-Series is a complete, totally integrated, modular, turn-key filling plant.

MFM - Mobile Filling Module

The MFM is the filling module of the M-Series Plant. The MFM is designed Class 1 Division 1 with driven roller conveyor, purging system, complete fire suppression system, and equipped with 2 - 6 electronic filling scales. This module delivers in excess of 200 cylinders per hour depending on the operator.

MPM - Mobile Paint Module

The MPM is the paint module of the M-Series. Them MPM is a pressurized paint system complete with inlet and exhaust fans to keep the paint on the product, not on the booth. The MPM is capable of spraying and covering product conveyed at overhead line speeds from 8 - 12 feet per minute.

MDM - Mobile Dry Module

The MDM the mobile drying module of the M-Series Plant. It is equipped with the latest in catalytic infrared technology built and designed by DECOE, Inc. Our heat system components are Class 1 Division 1 rated and factory mutual approved for propane.

M-Series Production Sequence

Prep and Preheat

The cylinders are sorted, washed, and conveyed through the MDM. The cylinder is rotated and conveyed past the preheat stage of the MDM The preheat stage is to prepare the cylinder for paint by drying and warming the cylinder.

Paint

The cylinder is conveyed to the MPM where the paint is automatically applied to the rotating cylinder as the cylinder passes a bank of paint guns

Final Dry

The cylinder re-enters the MDM for Final Dry stage Upon exiting the MDM the cylinder passes through a Quench duct water deluge system to cool the tank for filling and curing of paint.

Filling

The cylinder is removed and placed on the driven roller conveyor of the MFM The cylinder is conveyed and then placed onto the electronic filling scales for filling The full cylinder is then placed on the exit conveyor

Sleeving and Storage

The cylinder is then conveyed to the Shuttle Sleeve machine for sleeving, capping, and palletizing for storage or transport.
